Quality Management System
Quality management system ISO 9001:1994 was established and certified in 1999 for the original company.
QMS is being continually maintained, applied and improved, with emphasis on customer requirements and needs satisfaction. This approach creates grounds for positive tenability during annual supervisory or re-certification audits.

GRAFOBAL BOHEMIA Ltd. is currently a holder of accredited certification, confirming that the company QMS fullfils international norm ISO 9001:2015. The latest certification is valid until 11th December 2026.
Environmental management system was introduced in 2013 due to international norms requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and GRAFOBAL BOHEMIA Ltd. is after relevant audit a holder of Certificate, valid until 11th December 2026.
Above mentioned ISO Certificates were issued by 3EC International, Ltd. in the following extent:
- design, production and retail of packaging from flat, corrugated and laminated cardboard
- design, production and retail of round moulded packaging for cheese
- production of labels and polygraphic products

GRAFOBAL BOHEMIA Ltd. is also since 2009 a holder of Certificate confirming that company management system complies with requirements of Chain-of-Custody (FSC® certificate (license code FSC® C002729 ) to promote environmentally sound, socially beneficial and economically viable forest management). Audits validating the aforementioned standards are carried out by SGS Czech Republic, Ltd. and current Certification is valid until 28th May 2024.
The quality control department carries out incoming, mid-production and outgoing testing and packaging measurements in accordance with valid norms. Special requests for higher stregth or other characteristics can be achieved by correctly chosen technology and materials. Certificates showing results of performed measurements are attached to every order.
Awards: We annually participate in the Packaging of the Year Competition, organized by SYBA association, that unifies and promotes activities in the field of packaging, packages, packaging materials and machinery in the Czech Republic. SYBA is a member of World Packing Organization, Packing Institutes Consortium and European Carton Makers Assotiation. Our products regurarly receive Package of the Year Award in this competition. |  |
